When will my order ship?

Specialty and made-to-order items require 7–14 business days for processing.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Candles & Home Fragrance

What are your candles made from?

Our candles are handcrafted using a luxury coconut, soy, and apricot wax blend, hemp wicks coated in beeswax, and phthalate-free fragrance oils infused with essential oils.

How long do your candles burn?

Our 9 oz candles burn approximately 55–60 hours when properly cared for.

How do I care for my candle?

For best results:

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn

• Burn for 3–4 hours at a time

• Always burn on a heat-safe surface and never leave unattended

Are your products safe?

All products are made with high-quality ingredients and are phthalate-free. Always follow care and safety instructions provided with each product.
