At Neena’s Kitchen, we take pride in the quality and care put into every product. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products and ingredient sourcing, the following items are non-refundable:

• All specialty and made-to-order items.

• All bulk and custom event orders.

These items are created specifically for each order and cannot be resold.

Refundable Items

In-stock, ready-to-ship items may be eligible for a refund if:

• The return request is made within 72 hours of delivery.

• Items are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Once approved, the item must be returned before a refund is issued.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Additional Information

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is approved and received.
